I remember as a young girl vonny coming round with her bell shouting oh Yay oh yay and letting the children ring her bell. Carnival she was always determined to walk right to the top with the carnival and not wait with the walking entries. Always loved to stop and have a chat with her. Axbridge has lost a legend.
